The purpose of RIC is to provide a mechanism to support social housing landlords in improving the way we involve tenants and residents in decisions about their homes and neighbourhoods - the aim is to share skills and knowledge so we are able to help residents to be actively engaged in influencing operational and strategic housing outcomes within their communities.

We hope to do this by:

• building a database of housing organisations in the region and identifying strengths/areas of expertise with residents involvement
• highlighting best practice
• providing a vehicle for organisations share experiences and ask for help when needed
• identifying common issues so we can work together to develop solutions
