Learning Exchange Four - Modernising Your Tenants' Fed

The subject title for this session proved to be quite emotive with attendees.

We had lots of interest in this area, especially with most of us in attendance asking some serious questions about the relevance and representativeness of Federations in a time of change and where many of us are looking to invest resources in Scrutiny panels and developing Local Standards in light on the Tenant Services Authority's Co-regulation agenda.

We featured two speakers on the day to kick of some thought and questions and then ran what ended up being open discussions on three different subjects in the afternoon. The 45 minute sessions tended to throw up more questions than answers, but I saw some people scribbling away, capturing some good ideas on the day.
