Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of our learning exchange about the TSA standards on June 29, 2010.  The event was well attended and well received, with one officer saying:  'Thank you for your hospitality at Croydon yesterday.   Not only did we find the event interesting and  informative, but we are also keen to learn and look at different ways of improving and promoting resident involvement'.

We are hoping to run a similar event in October. It is likely that this learning exchange will focus on experiences of producing the TSA reports to tenants and the development of impact assessments for resident involvement.
