The first Learning Exchange held in the East Midlands was a training session delivered by TPAS.

Derby Homes had attended a training session ran by TPAS on Resident Involvement Impact Assessments. When we asked if the region would like the opportunity to learn about impact assessments, the response was very high.

Due to the high response from the region, we held three different training days in March to accommodate everyone. TPAS very kindly sent along Val Alker, who delivered an excellent course.

Everyone who attend the training said they learnt something new and they all went away with a much better understanding of how Resident Involvement Impact Assessments work and how useful they can be.

The cost of the training and food provided was shared between delegates and worked out at a very reasonable cost of £35 each.
