The second Learning Exchange focused on Change in Tenant Participation and was held on Thursday 25 June 2009 at the Quad in Derby.
The event kicked off with an update on the national position of the Resident Involvement Champions network, a presentation on the forthcoming National Conference and some information on the TSA's National Conversation phase 1b.

Members of the East Midlands network were introduced to five different models to help with Change in Tenant Participation. These models were:
- SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats)
- Stakeholder Analysis
- ADKAR
- Sponsorship
- Best Value Review
The group were split into five smaller groups and each worked through one of the five models based on a scenerio we handed out. Each group then fed back to the main group on their findings.
The completed models are available for you to download below and use in your own organisations.
