Derby Homes were invited to be part of an Empowerment Standards Group set up by the Tenant Services Authority to develop the national standards for empowerment.

Other Members of the group involved representatives from the Audit Commission, Communities and Local Government, Tenant Participation Advisory Service and National Housing Federation to name a few.

There were two meetings to look at the standards for empowerment. Listed below you will find the minutes of the first meeting (we don't yet have the minutes for the second) and Derby Homes' response to the standards.

The TSA have responsed positively to Derby Homes and said how useful our comments have been.
