Carrick have already helped authorities from across the region with specific involvement issues.
Their tenants and staff have visited different housing organisations to talk about best practice from Portishead to Camborne. They have been asked about: involving sheltered housing residents, involving older tenants, involving young people, developing a mystery shopping programme, involving residents in rural areas, resident-led regeneration partnerships, neighbourhood planning, and much more.
Staff and tenants have visited Carrick Housing in Truro, as well as the resident-led nationally award winning Beacon Community Regeneration Partnership in Falmouth (see Links).
In October 2008 Carrick held an event tat the Falmouth Maritime Museum to share good practice on Involving Tenants In Rural Areas.
For general participation challenges see the FAQ page under the South West tab.
